Isabelle Tashima  joined Volition Capital in 2024 as an Associate.

Prior Experience & Education

• Before joining Volition, Isabelle worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Goldman Sachs in New York City. She was part of the Cross Markets Group, the firm’s middle market M&A team.
• She received her B.A. in Economics with a minor in Psychology from Harvard College, and most recently received her MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management. She was an MBA Early Admit into Sloan.
• While at Harvard, Isabelle played on the Varsity Women’s Volleyball Team.

Fun Facts About Isabelle Tashima

• She was born in Chicago and raised just north of the city. Her mom lives in Park City, where you can find her skiing every winter.
• Much of her free time is spent staying active with her dog, traveling, or in search of the next best lobster roll.
• She is Scuba certified but is very afraid of sharks.
