About The Company

At its core, Revi is a POS system focused on digitalizing customer profiles in hopes to better serve communities and optimize restaurant operations. Through their self-ordering kiosks, the Company captures orders and identifies customer preferences to accurately suggest potential add-ons for future orders at restaurants across their network. The Company maximizes the value of this network through their app—where consumers can engage with their favorite businesses or get rewarded for trying new ones.

Why We Invested

Given their limited marketing expertise, independent restaurants, QSRs, and smaller franchises often struggle to engage with potential repeat customers and increase customer lifetime value. Although several POS systems offer a white-labeled loyalty program, the Company’s offering stood out through its increased emphasis on customer acquisition and engagement through the self-serve kiosks as well as the Company’s app. The Volition team is excited to partner with the the Company’s team to help them achieve their goal of digitally transforming the consumer purchasing process in restaurants through leveraging customer and purchase data.
