Meet Michael Giannetto

PRIOR EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

Mike Giannetto is currently a Senior Advisor for Volition Capital. Mike has over 30 years of experience in both private and public high growth technology businesses. Prior to Volition, he was the Chief Financial Officer for Sonos. Prior to Sonos, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Vistaprint (now Cimpress), an online provider of business and consumer printing products and services. Earlier in his career, Mike served in various financial leadership roles at technology companies including EMC Corporation..

Mike holds a B.S. in accounting from Bentley University and an M.B.A. from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College.

FUN FACTS ABOUT MICHAEL GIANNETTO
  • Mike’s work at Sonos was a dream job. He has been a music lover and audiophile since he was a kid. From the first notes of the Beatles, he heard as a child, to rock to jazz and so on, music is his artistic passion.
  • Mike doesn’t miss a Boston Bruins game on TV or in person. Luckily for him, it became a family passion, so he has always been able to enjoy the games with his three kids.
  • Mike and his family spend a lot of time in New Hampshire enjoying the beautiful nature of the lakes and mountains. It’s become their second home over the last 20 years.
  • Mike’s always had a dog in his life. His current dog is an Australian Shepherd with boundless energy and likes nothing better than trying to herd moving things.
