Waste-management startup Recycle Track Systems Inc. secured its latest funding in a round led by Citigroup Inc., bringing its valuation to $260 million as it aims to meet demand for recycling and sustainability data.
The New York-based startup, which serves more than 2,000 commercial clients and 50,000 homes in the U.S., said it raised $35 million in a Series C round led by Citigroup’s Impact Fund. Citi was joined by the Partnership Fund for New York City, venture capital firms Cue Ball Group, Greenspring Associates LLC, growth-equity firm Edison Partners and LGBT investment organization Gaingels LLC.
